The function of SFS material: It is a composite product of breathable film and spunbond fabric, with breathable and waterproof functions. SFS (Hot Melt Adhesive Composite): Composite products of various films and non-woven fabrics.
Kind reminder: (Protective clothing made of other materials can be customized according to each customer's requirements)
Thermal insulation protective clothing
Protective clothing worn when exposed to strong radiation heat near the flame zone. Suitable for firefighters entering the flame zone and coming into contact with flames during firefighting and rescue operations, or handling radioactive, biological, hazardous, and chemical substances during operations
Fire resistant clothing can reflect radiant heat and directly come into contact with flame resistant clothing. You can wear short fire-resistant clothing
Time travels through a fire scene of 800-1000 degrees. Chemical protective clothing
Chemical protective clothing is one of the protective clothing for firefighters. It is the protective clothing worn by firefighters to protect themselves from chemical hazards or corrosive substances during firefighting and emergency rescue operations in fire and accident sites with hazardous chemicals and corrosive substances.
Chemical protective clothing can be sealed or unsealed, depending on the application and level of danger. All materials used for protective clothing must be able to resist chemical penetration and degradation. The seam structure is also an important factor affecting the performance of protective clothing. If not handled properly, the needle holes of the fabric will leave enough pores for micro materials or liquids to pass through. Thereby reducing the protective performance.
Chemical protective clothing is divided into two categories: light and heavy.
Lightweight protective clothing is generally made of nylon coated PVC, which is lightweight and suitable for full body protection in hazardous areas. It can prevent general acid-base damage and does not require a respirator. The weight is usually around 5 kilograms.
Heavy protective clothing can be made of multi-layer high-performance chemical resistant composite materials, which have excellent properties such as tear resistance, puncture resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, heat resistance, insulation, waterproof sealing, etc. It can comprehensively protect against various toxic and harmful liquid, gaseous, smoke, solid chemical substances, biological toxins, military toxic gases, and nuclear pollution.
Airtight protective clothing is generally made of chloroprene rubber, which has anti-corrosion properties against various chemicals and is very suitable for use in cold and high temperature environments. Heavy protective clothing is usually equipped with a respirator, and the weight of the protective clothing is generally around 6 kilograms.
