Lightweight
The disposable non woven are lightweight compared to other fabrics due to raw material polypropylene resin; its proportion is 0.9, and three-fifths of cotton. Due to this, it is preferred over other fabric materials, especially for industrial usage.
Comfort
The fabric is made up of (2-3D) through the light point hot melt bonding method. Therefore, the finished product gives a soft and comfortable feel.
Non-Toxic
The fabric is made from food-grade raw materials which are conforming to the FDA, without the presence of other chemical components. Hence, it is concluded as a non-toxic product.
Non-Irritating
Due to its non-toxic nature, it also possesses non-irritable properties with stable performance.
Antimicrobial
The fabric is known for its water-extractable property and is mildew-free. It can isolate the bacteria present and also worms in the liquid. Hence, it has antimicrobial properties.
Drainage Activity
The water content in Polypropylene chips is completely zero. It does not absorb water, and the water transfer of the finished products is good. It is composed of 100% fibers with porous and air permeability. Hence, the cloth surface can be kept dry and further easily washed.
Antibacterial and Anti-chemical Property
The chemical compound polypropylene is the passive chemical substance; it does not contain moths and has the ability for bacteria and insect isolation in the liquid. Antibacterial, alkali corrosion, and finished products, due to good strength, do not affect.
Physical Properties
The direct spin makes the non-woven fabric of polypropylene into a net with the help of the thermal bonding method. Its strength is far better in comparison to other ordinary staple fibers. It doesn’t have directionality, and the longitudinal and transverse strengths are similar.
Environment Friendly

In comparison to polyethylene which is the raw material of plastic bags, it can degrade easily because of the difference in their chemical structures. Thermal Bonding
Heat is applied to fuse the fibers together. This can be done through calendar bonding, where the web is passed between heated rollers, or through-air bonding, where hot air is circulated through the web to melt the fibers and bond them.
Chemical Bonding
Adhesives or solvents are applied to the fiber web to bond the fibers. This method is often used to add specific characteristics to the fabric, such as water resistance or enhanced strength.
Mechanical Bonding
Needle Punching: This method involves mechanically interlocking fibers within a nonwoven web using barbed needles. The needles are mounted on a board and repeatedly puncture the web, grabbing and pulling fibers through the layers. As the needles are withdrawn, the fibers become tangled, resulting in a fabric held together by this interlocking structure.
Hydroentanglement: This technique uses water jets to entangle and lock fibers together. Fine water jets are directed through the web, supported by a conveyor belt. The water jets force the fibers to interlock as they are deflected and entangled, creating a strong and flexible fabric without the need for additional adhesives or thermal processes.
Stitch Bonding
This method involves using knitting techniques to stabilize the fibers in the web, with or without additional yarns. It is especially useful for applications like home furnishings and geotextiles, where speed and cost-efficiency are priorities. Stitch-bonded fabrics often replace traditional woven textiles because they are quicker to produce.
Methods Used to Create Mesh Structures Using Disposable Non Woven

Dry Laying (Carding): Fibers are combed and aligned in parallel to form a web. This web can be further layered to achieve the desired thickness and density. Then laid down randomly onto a moving conveyor belt.
Wet Laying: A water suspension of fibers is spread onto a forming wire mesh. The water is then drained, leaving behind a fiber web.
Meltblown Process: Molten polymer is extruded through a die with tiny holes, forming fine fibers that are blown onto a collecting screen.
